This policy applies to all visitor & society bookings and is as follows: –
- A deposit is required to confirm any booking (£10 per person). The deposit can be paid by BACS transfer, Cheque or Debit / Credit Card.
- The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable, within 12 months of original booking.
- Numbers for golf and catering must be confirmed 2 weeks before the day of visit with the Office – party leaders will be liable for the numbers confirmed.
- If party leaders have not agreed with the Club Office to be invoiced after the event, the balance of any booking must be paid on the day of visit.
- Refunds only given when the course is closed.
