In 2014 the Club celebrated its Centenary year and has a rich history of producing Glamorgan County and Welsh International golfers. This is a testament to the quality of the course which can be played year round.
During the summer there are weekly competitions played in a variety of formats – singles, pairs & mixed, strokeplay & matchplay. During the winter we hold occasional competitions with the emphasis more on social golf. Winter conditions are excellent with grass tees being used on all holes with the exception of Par 3’s.
When it comes to social functions the Club hosts regular draw nights and seasonal dinners. The Sunday Lunch is also extremely popular.
There are a number of sections within the Club who meet regularly and who themselves run competitions and social events. The Men’s Seniors meet on a Monday, Ladies on a Tuesday and Ladies Seniors on Friday. There are also Men’s, Ladies, Juniors, Halletts and Wayfarers teams who play competitive matches against Club’s within Glamorgan County.
The Club is currently recruiting members in a variety of categories and application forms can be obtained from the Administration Office.
Our membership year is the 1st January to the 31st December. Membership can be paid in one payment or spread over 12 months by Direct Debit.
